Uncle, have you been to town on a sat evening for dinner? I think you have to queue for at least 1 hr to get a seat anywhere. Furthermore, I think there will be a number of us so we have to queue even longer. By meeting at 3pm, there will be vacancies for us. Hopefully. Most people will be late anyway so we can treat it as an early dinner or something. Since I dont know the exact number of people coming, I cant make a reservation. AND, most places dont take reservations for dinner. So the only place I thought of was SHOKUDO. Big enough to fit all of us in. There's no other choices as Kenny wanted it at city hall.

Friday most ppl cant and wont. Most have just ended work and will like to go home and rest. Most people have informed me that they wanted it to be held on a weekend.
Furthermore, I am not free on that friday night. There's an SP event called Lollipop being held at MOS. All SP cardholders are entittled to free entry from 7 to the end of the event. Re-entry allowed.
